Oscar came into the shelter after a marathon run down the middle of a busy highway. He was extremely scared in the shelter but now he is really enjoying being in his foster home. Plenty of new canine friends to play with and donkeys, a horse, kitties, chickens, TV, laps, car rides .... so many new experiences ... oh my! At first, he was apprehensive about being picked up and held but he now gives his foster mom sweet doggie kisses. Oscar would be more comfortable in a home without small children and will need patience in the adjustment to a new family. He's a little guy only 7lbs and just as cute as he can be. Oscar would love a chance to be part of your family.
